How ordering works
- Add the products you want to your cart and go through checkout on the website.
- Your order is sent to our team on WhatsApp, where we confirm stock and the price on the day.
- Payment is arranged when the order is confirmed, before it is dispatched.
- We deliver, or you collect from the shop.
Computer hardware prices in the UAE move often — graphics cards and memory especially — so every order is confirmed with you before it is arranged. Products marked "price on request" are quoted over WhatsApp from the product page.

Prices in dirhams
All prices on the site are in UAE dirhams (AED). Where the site shows another currency, it is a conversion for guidance only.
Returns
Most products can be returned free of charge within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging where possible. Some categories, such as certain software and custom-built items, are excluded. See our returns policy.
Warranty
Products come with the manufacturer's warranty, and the warranty length is shown on each product page. If something goes wrong, contact us with your order reference and we will handle the claim. Read how warranty works.
Buying for a business
We supply companies across the UAE with laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, monitors and components, with VAT invoices and quotes for bulk orders. Send your list on WhatsApp or to info@coreflux-me.com. Popular business ranges include laptops, mini PCs and servers.

How long does delivery take in the UAE?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days anywhere in the UAE. In Dubai, express delivery arrives the next working day.
Is delivery free?
Standard delivery is free on orders of AED 500 or more; below that it costs AED 25.
Why is my order confirmed on WhatsApp?
Hardware prices change frequently, so we confirm stock and the day's price with you before arranging the order. Payment is agreed at that point, before dispatch.
Can I return a product?
